Your field of activity

  • Operational procurement of materials based on project requirements (HVAC & Electrical)
  • Verification of demand, timelines, and requirement feasibility
  • Ordering from approved suppliers via the ERP system
  • Monitoring and follow-up of delivery deadlines
  • Continuous supplier communication regarding orders and availability
  • Creation and maintenance of material, item, and purchase order data
  • Processing of claims, returns, and credit notes

Your profile

  • Commercial or technical background with a focus on HVAC & Electrical
  • Experience in operational procurement in an HVAC & Electrical project environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Structured, dependable, and deadline-driven approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness in daily operations
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
