By 2040, we will reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by at least 70% – by 2050, we aim to achieve net zero. Our focus is clearly on energy efficiency, mobility and resource conservation, with measures that deliver results.

MEASURES FOR CLIMATE PROTECTION

WE ACHIEVE STRENGTH THROUGH UNITY, AS IT IS INDIVIDUALS WHO DRIVE MEANINGFUL PROGRESS.

Health serves as the cornerstone of both performance and satisfaction. Our objective is to conduct regular, targeted assessments of our teams’ mental health, which will inform the development of an annual fitness and wellness program focused on enhancing physical activity, preventive care, and psychological resilience. Currently, we foster wellbeing and team cohesion through training sessions, organized running events, and digital fitness initiatives.
We strategically invest in staff development initiatives. Our Senior Technician Academy offers a comprehensive programme designed to enhance expertise and encourage accountability. Additionally, our established buddy system provides ongoing support to new team members as they integrate into their roles.
A positive work environment thrives on open dialogue and mutual trust. We regularly conduct staff appraisals to foster growth and offer constructive feedback. Our commitment to quality extends to temporary staff, who receive feedback after every assignment—an approach that supports both continuous improvement and strong teamwork. To promote respect and fairness, employees are guided by our internal Code of Conduct, which has been updated and now forms part of our onboarding kit.
