Your field of activity

  • Operational involvement in digitalization projects
  • Administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the ERP system in daily operations
  • Support in the implementation of AI‑based processes and tools
  • First point of contact for employees regarding questions about digital systems and tools
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation, training materials, and user manuals
  • Support in the analysis and optimization of existing business processes
  • Support in the selection, implementation, and optimization of digital systems and platforms

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial education or degree
  • Initial relevant professional experience in the areas of digitalization, IT project management, or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Affinity for digital tools and AI, as well as a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and align different stakeholders
  • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
