Project description:

On the Danube Plateau in Vienna’s Donau City in the 22nd district, the DC Flats are emerging as an exceptional residential high‑rise that is redefining modern urban living. Situated along Donau‑City‑Straße, the tower comprises a total of 302 high‑quality rental apartments spread across 18 residential floors, reaching a height of around 50 meters. In addition to the apartments, the building offers various supplementary spaces. Three basement levels accommodate parking spaces, bicycle storage areas, and technical rooms.
