A 4 * hotel with 195 rooms & amp; 4 seminar rooms. Ventilation, heating & amp; The rooms are cooled via Magic Air outlets. The sanitary equipment was realized with Dornbracht. The greatest challenge was to integrate the fire smoke dilution systems into the old building.
Two production facilities and two office extensions were added to Trumpf’s Pasching location.
An office complex made up of two connected component buildings, situated opposite the Gasometer shopping and entertainment centre and the subway stop of the same name. During development, we focused particularly on sustainability and high quality. The entire building was consigned to the new tenant, the municipal housing organisation Wiener Wohnen, who are using this location as their new headquarters.
