Project description:

A new yet historically inspired living space has emerged on the grounds of the former Linz Tobacco Factory. With the 109‑meter QUADRILL Tower, the tallest office and hotel building in Upper Austria has been constructed, creating a striking architectural landmark visible far beyond the city limits. The tower is complemented by the three buildings BOSTON, MEMPHIS, and VIRGINIA, which feature modern workspaces, exclusive residential areas, and attractive retail and commercial spaces.

Technical specifications:

A total of 23 air-handling units, 23 small fans, 28 airlock fans and 41 pressurisation, smoke dilution and smoke extraction fans were installed as part of the project. The total air volume delivered by these components amounts to an impressive approximately 700,000 m³/h, distributed across five ventilation centers. In addition, around 12,500 meters of drinking water pipes and approximately 13,000 meters of wastewater and rainwater pipes were professionally installed.
