Project description:

Within the existing lakeside resort, the Marina building — including restaurants, beach bars, and an event area, as well as the water sports center and bungalow village — is being modernized and partially rebuilt in several construction phases through the end of March 2024. For the Marina building at the lakeside resort, we are responsible for the complete installation of the building services, which are integrated into a highly nature-friendly and environmentally conscious overall concept.

Technical specifications:

The heating and cooling supply is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, which allows simultaneous heating and cooling via a 4-pipe system. The building is heated using underfloor heating and cooled by wall-mounted fan coil units. PHOTOS: (c) Esterhazy/Toni Rappersberger
