Our commitment to climate protection

By 2040, we will reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by at least 70% – and by 2050, we aim to achieve net zero. Our focus is clearly on energy efficiency, mobility, and resource conservation, with measures that deliver real impact.

Health is the basis for performance and satisfaction. We regularly evaluate the psychological well-being of our teams and, based on this, develop an annual concept for fitness & health that promotes movement, prevention, and mental strength. We already support well-being and team cohesion through training, running events, and digital fitness offerings.

A good working environment grows from exchange and mutual trust. We hold regular employee talks to support individual development and feedback. Clear quality standards also apply to our leased personnel: feedback is collected after each assignment to continuously ensure quality and collaboration. Our internal Code of Conduct—updated and integrated into the welcome materials—provides guidance for a respectful and fair work environment.
