Sustainability

Taking responsibility means shaping the future with intention. With clear principles, effective measures, and the awareness that our actions have consequences.

Understanding sustainability

Responsibility with structure and impact

We understand sustainability as a strategic and systematic process. Our approach is guided by recognized standards such as the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), creating a transparent and traceable foundation. Through regular evaluation of impacts, risks, and opportunities, we derive targeted actions with the goal of balancing ecological, social, and economic responsibility.

Materiality Analysis, Fields of Action, Goals & Measures

Knowing what truly matters

Sustainability starts with clarity: which topics are really essential for us? Our materiality analysis forms the basis for identifying the most relevant issues for Molin. The impacts, risks, and opportunities derived from this are grouped into three core fields of action. In each area, we pursue clear commitments that guide our goals and measures — ensuring reliable quality, mindful resource use, and a work environment that fosters enjoyment and fairness.
