Your field of activity

  • Leadership and development of the cost estimation and project engineering team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) sector
  • Independent preparation, review, and optimization of cost calculations for large-scale projects in domestic and international markets
  • Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, including identification of savings and optimization potentials
  • Close collaboration with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supporting the sales department in proposal preparation and contract negotiations
  • Direct cooperation with the sales and executive management

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., business academy, technical college, or relevant university degree)
  • Several years of experience in cost estimation for HVAC projects
  • Leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured work approach, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm for hands‑on tasks
  • Teamplayer mentality with the ability to take responsibility
