Project description:

On Vienna’s New Danube, the unique residential high-rise Danube Flats is currently under construction. For the 180-meter-tall luxury tower with a usable floor area of 42,000 m² — accommodating residential units as well as commercial and gastronomic spaces — we are responsible for the complete implementation of HVAC as well as building automation and control systems. Modern infrastructure and stunning views across 48 floors.

Technical specifications:

Underfloor heating is supplied via district heating. Heating and cooling are provided through concrete core activation. The balconies are greened and equipped with automatic irrigation systems. All apartments are mechanically ventilated, and the escape stairwells are fitted with a pressurization ventilation system.
