Project description:

Under the guiding theme “The meeting of lifestyle and nature in Hinterstoder" the Triforêt project — an exclusive real estate development — is being created at an altitude of approximately 1,400 meters, surrounded by nature and the impressive mountain backdrop of the Totes Gebirge. A stylish resort complemented by 20 freestanding lodges in harmony with the mountains represents an exclusive and sustainable vision of the tourism of tomorrow. As part of the project, we are responsible for the revitalization of the building services for the Alpine Resort. The project places a strong focus on sustainability, as the heat supply is regulated using damaged wood sourced from the region.

Technical specifications:

The heating capacity is 820 kW. Ventilation is provided with a total air volume of 23,300 m³/h, consisting of four ventilation units and three compact units. Domestic hot water is supplied with a capacity of 280 kW via fresh water modules.
